A tranquil day spa in the heart of the city.

A luxurious day spa was created on a limited budget. The goal was to build out the existing structure and incorporate the raw details of the structural envelope to produce a modern, fresh design. Found objects and transplanted Asian architectural artifacts were used not only to infuse details reminiscent of the owner's Vietnamese heritage, but also to add historical layers to the minimalist palette.
